Refund policy

All rugs are vintage, one-of-a-kind, and sold as-is. Due to the nature of vintage and handmade items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Variations in color, texture, size, and signs of age or wear are considered part of the rug’s character and are not considered defects.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a shipping claim.
